A Practice to Come Back to Yourself
Yoga rooted in breath, presence, and intentional movement.
Yoga, for me, has always been more than movement.
It’s a way to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect, both with yourself and with the world around you.
My teaching is grounded in creating space. Space to breathe, to feel, and to move in a way that feels supportive rather than performative.
Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, my goal is to guide you back to what feels real and accessible.
My Teaching Style
My classes focus on:
Breath-led movement
Slowing down and building awareness
Hands on assist option
Strength and softness working together
Creating a supportive, non-intimidating space
You can expect a practice that feels intentional, grounding, and connected.
